My name is Kelly Carlie and I have been a school counselor at Elba Central School since 2005.  I look forward to working with you and your child to help promote a wonderful school year. As a school counselor I provide individual and group counseling, and classroom lessons regarding character education.  I work with students in Pre-K to sixth grade. I also collaborate with school staff and parents in order to best meet the needs of students.

  • PBIS REWARDS PROGRAM

    We are excited to announce that we have recently added PBIS Rewards program to our elementary school. This program will help to increase positive behaviors and decrease referrals to the office. A letter was sent home with your child(ren) on October 26 outlining the program and also containing a QR code exclusive to your child(ren) so that you can access our PBIS Rewards site. This will enable you to see their total of points as well as why they are receiving them. They can save up their points and will be able to choose rewards when it is time to "shop" in the prize cupboard.
