The Elba Central School Department of Special Education is responsible for the development and coordination of programming for students with disabilities. Elba Central School offers a variety of services and programs to meet the individual needs of all students.  We recognize that each student is a unique individual and we strive to provide programming that empowers and inspires our students to be continuous learners who are challenged to succeed.
